Terrible communication and follow up with a prospective customer. I reached out to Jordan to get a quote for auto and home and supplied him my current policies. He responded relatively quickly and asked for a little more information from me. He replied he would send me a video quote soon and will set up a call. That was September 3, 2024. I followed up on September 9 and still no response on September 17. I am guessing he just couldn't come close to my current insurance rate. Communication is poor. If service is this bad now, I can't imagine the service I would receive as a client.
