Nate was very attentive to my insurance needs. He was an excellent resource for information and extremely knowledgeable with all different insurance products. Never tried to oversell me coverage I didn't need, but rather consulted on the appropriate amount of coverage for my and my families particular needs. I've known Nate for some 15-20 years (when he first became my insurance agent). If I had an occasional question about rate hikes etc I would drive down to his nearby office in Hoover (at that time) and he would explain the situation. Then we'd usually talk for hours about "stuff". Eventually he moved north of Birmingham and the long conversations became much less frequent. Over the years his business has changed but one thing remains. I trust that he's doing the best for me. No question! I am moving out of state fairly soon and it will be a great loss to me that Nate cannot be "my insurance guy". Thanks Nate.

Nate has been wonderful. The first time I contacted him (and I have no idea how I found him), he was able to get me a lower deductible on my homeowners insurance for less than I was paying for a higher deductible! I then quickly changed my car insurance over to him and he saved me even more. He is very responsive to phone calls, email, and texts. Since he he is not "owned" by any one company, he has repeatedly helped me change companies. He has literally helped me save thousands of dollars. I'm a fan!
