My husband & I we're amazed how detailed Amy was at explaining the policy's for r home, truck , rentals , seasonal property & umbrela ins. no insurance carrier had EVER took the time to do that for us we we're not covered like we thought when we we're thru another carrier we now feel very secure & knowledgeable & know what we have & how it works also her staff is exceptionally courteous, polite & carring .So it's no surprise that Amy & staff were given a Customer Service award more than just one time !we HIGHLY recommend that if u need insurance r just need to change for the better give her office a call Thank u Amy Edmond & staff
