I’ve had great service from Brian. I’ve had home owners insurance from Brian for several years and recently added another vehicle. Every time I’ve called, he answers and takes care of whatever I need. Last year I refinanced and needed documents quickly and he sent them right away. When I added my vehicle I had the insurance card right after I called. When it comes to insurance you don’t want to mess around, you need someone who is going to answer and take care of business. This is why I recommend Brian.

I've been with Farmers insurance for long time. When Jim was in charge he took the time to personally call and ask how I was doing and wanted to review my coverage to see where I was. I don't have that with Brian but the few times that I've called his staff has been friendly and knowledgeable. My coverage is comparable with other insurance agents and I'm satisfied with the service.

I’ve worked with many other insurance providers and there is nothing like having Brian. He’s local and his office is just down the street to help me with anything.

I was not happy with my Farmers Insurance Agent. I got Brian Holley as an option from the Denver District Office. He is just starting his agency and decided I wanted to go with him after talking to him. So I chose him. I talked with him about lowering my monthly premium if possible. WOW. He found ways to lower my premium that my former agent should have offered years ago. His advice is sound and his agency is definitely worth looking into. He is professional and personable. He has an experienced staff and together they make a great team. I was with one of mega farmer's agencies before. I was no longer a customer with them I was just one of their clients.

Absolutely worse insurance experience of my life. Go through anyone else. Brian has no idea what he is doing or talking about. He doesn’t have help and I believe he needs this business taken from him. He is unprofessional, slow and illiterate. Would not recommend giving him any of your financial information or personal information. I am contacting BBB to let them know how terrible my experience was.
