I have been a Farmer's customer for 45 years, after my insurance agent retired, i felt like i just got dumped into a fishbowl, was debating on changing to a different company until i found out about Caleb. He is amazing, he updated our policy, helped during a transition of buying a new vehicle and selling one. You can actually talk to him instead of being stuck in those phone loops. He is very personable and professional. I highly recommend him.
