I have to correct my post. The owner of the agency contacted me Friday after hours and fixed all the issues.
I was extremely happy with his response and therefore I am updating my response.
Life is hard lately. Small business owner is very hard, especially with family and small kids.
I respect that a lot because I am already grandfather and small business owner.

Jeff, Patty and Jane always provide excellent service. They are friendly, outgoing and fun to deal with. We have never had a problem and truly enjoy dealing with them all. When they say they will call back and follow up, they actually do! They have worked with us to save money by combining items, multi car discounts, good student discount, etc. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Jeff Gest Agency goes above and beyond to take care of our insurance needs. They answer the phone when you call and if you need to talk with Jeff he is in the office and almost always available. They are a good insurance company and the service has always been good! I have only one complaint! I was in a minor accident, other person fault. So their insurance was responsible to pay! My problem was I thought our insurance should have been the one talking to their company and making the arrangements for payment and car rental! We had to do all this ourselves! That’s the first time we have experienced this! Otherwise staff are friendly and rates are good!
