Extremely poor customer service. The rep could not understand a word of English. The agent I spoke with had no clue in customer service. And she made it obvious that she didn't care she talking with a new customer. I would never recommend this place and will report them to farmers insurance corporation.

Don't do taxes here unless you want your paper work rushed and not get things filed like you wanted it to. You don't get a chance to claim anything. He does paperwork and you sign. That's it.. no exchange in questions regarding what you made and what deductions you get.. Last year he told us something and we did that same exact thing this year. And this year he made up some bogus story so he didn't have to go back and redo the paperwork. Horrible.

A bad Agency. Their staff promised to call you back, but they never did it. They also quoted you wrong number, when you pay off, there are still some more money you have to pay more. When you send email to them, they don't reply.
