This might be the only pleasant experience I've ever had with an insurance company. The transparency and communication I've received from Eric and his team have been outstanding.

I initially contacted Eric because he was recommended by a commercial realtor to help secure insurance for a business I recently started. My business operates in a somewhat niche industry that involves physical risk, so getting the right coverage required extra attention and expertise. Despite the many conversations it took, Eric did an excellent job of getting our company's general liability and auto insurance in place. While my experience getting business insurance was great, finally committing to review my personal insurance turned out to be even better.

Throughout our discussions, Eric consistently asked about our personal insurance, showing his dedication to making sure we were fully covered. Although I was initially hesitant to address my personal policies due to how much we had on our plate, Eric convinced me to review our insurance premiums for the year to ensure we weren't affected by the extreme rate hikes happening in the market. Sure enough, our premiums were set to increase by 70%—something I would never have noticed on my own. Thanks to Eric, we were able to avoid the rate hike and save thousands by switching to Farmers.

I had an awful experience with this insurance agency. They just wanted to rush me into a plan without making sure I actually understood it. On top of that, I found out later I was being recorded during all my calls WITHOUT my consent. They never mentioned it, which is shady at best.

Their agent, Eric, didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He had to double-check everything, making me think he’s either new or just not reliable. I also have a suspicion he’s not even the one writing the messages I was getting, which adds to my distrust.

On top of all this, I found out the new plan wouldn’t even cover hail damage for my roof, something they conveniently didn’t make clear. It feels like they’re just trying to push quotes on people without caring whether we actually understand the details.

Even though they might be cheaper than other agencies, make sure to check the fine print! I found out that if I had hail or tornado damage, my deductible would be $13,000 – which is insane! They didn’t make this clear upfront, and it feels like they’re just trying to slip in these ridiculous details hoping no one will notice.

This whole experience was disorganized, overwhelming, and unprofessional. I don’t trust them at all and will definitely be going elsewhere for my insurance. Stay far away from this agency!

Super super hesitant in having to go through the process for shopping for home insurance because I feel like many insurance quotes I got did not provide the coverage I need. After working with Josh we went back and forth like 5 times and he was so patient and understanding as it was a really nerve wrecking process for me.
