I have been insured with Farmers Insurance for a about 20 plus years now. James Adsit has been my agent for all those years. I had him help with the setup of my insurance and when I moved to my condo. James treats me it’s a great deal of respect, answers my questions , helps me through any claims I may have and all in a calm and assuring voice. His staff is efficient and knowledgeable also. I appreciate when James calls me every so often to review my policy to make sure I know exactly the insurance I have and if I want to make any changes.

Had a very positive experience recently with Jim. I had a flood over the weekend from my washer machine. I sent Jim a message by text and to my surprise he responded right away. Was not expecting that, especially on a Sunday. He was able to provide assistance to get my claim started and followed up with me Monday morning. It is always a good idea to deal directly with an insurance agent. With an agent you get a personal level of care that is tailored to your specific needs. A good agent will answer your questions and provide you with the proper coverage and make you aware of blind spots that can effect you and your family. If you deal directly with a company, they will sell you the policy that they think you need. Jim reviews your policy regularly in order to ensure that you have the proper coverage.
