Ms. Smart and her team work tirelessly to help their clients. I was stranded on the side of the road one time, and couldn’t find anyone for roadside assistance because I was so far out. Ms. Smart went to work to find someone for me. She even paid someone out of her own pocket to come and help me that day. Any time I have had any questions, made changes to my policy or needed any other assistance, they were gracious, patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. Having insurance with Janet Smart’s agency gives me peace of mind I’m not sure I would have anywhere else.

Been using Farmers since I was on my parents insurance at 16, once I turned 18 got on my own and once Janet bought the office she's been my agent even when she moved to Batesville I kept her, then I moved to LR and have kept her and have been since they bought the branch we were using. Even in LR I'd rather use them than LR offices, they respond very quickly and make things so easy either online or on the phone!
