I have had so many insurance agencies who are so willing to assist you when you are looking for an agent, but once you place your business with them, they no longer want anything to do with you. How many times have you tried to contact an agent and the call is never returned or they ignore your request? NOT Jean Van Der Meulen's Agency. It is the first time in the 23 years I have lived in Colorado that I have a true Agency who helps me. By the way, I live in Parker Colorado, not the Springs and they still care. Amazing!

I 1st met Jean's staff during Covid 19 in 2020. We met over the phone, and they were very helpful and advising me of what coverages I needed for my home and my car.

When I had an auto claim, Jean's office staff helped me and went above and beyond. They kept in constant contact during the process, and made sure I had everything necessary to complete my claim.
