If I could give zero stars I would. This man is reckless and careless. He doesn't talk to his clients and he doesn't keep his files updated. His efforts are minimal and he does not care about his customers. His secretary is great and thank goodness for her diligence. She is helpful and I am grateful to her.

My mother passed in Dec of 22. I reached out to Jeff Champ's office to cancel her policy. I spoke to the agent's "office manager" about cancelling her policy. After providing their office with MORE THAN ENOUGH documentation of her passing, they still did not cancel her policy properly. I changed Farmer's agents, and took our business to Erik Baile's Farmer Agency, and have had nothing but great things to say about them. Today I received a notice from a collection agency, asking for $513.87, due to non-payment of the policy. So after having switched my mom's policy to Erik Baile Agency, I find out the Jeff Champ's office did not do anything they were supposed to do. And on top of that, both him and his "office manager" were absolutely horrible to speak to. There was not one once of compassion or understanding from their end, and absolutely no help whatsoever. If you need a Farmer's policy, I would not recommend going to Champ, for sure go to another agent, and I highly recommend Erik Baile in Prescott Valley.

I am a 30+ year customer of Farmers Insurance. I moved to Arizona and contacted this office to reissue all of my policies. After 3 weeks, a couple phone calls and a text, all I received was a partial quote from this office. It was apparent to me if I couldn't get a quote in a timely fashion I probably wouldn't have a claim processed in a timely fashion, either. Out of frustration I considered switching companies but decided to call a different agency out of town. I am very happy I did. All my policies were issued within a few days.
