We originally had homeowners insurance with this office but when the 1st renewal was coming up we never got a renewal bill and no answers, so we chose another company and haven’t had any issues. This year our plan went up to a point where we wanted to shop around. This representative of farmers came up again with a better price so we called to see about choosing them again. We received one voicemail from a Deidre on 08/25 wanting to follow up with our request wanting to get the necessary information for our property. We called back within a couple of business days and have yet to hear back from them now mid September. This office doesn’t seem to care about their business or prospective clients!
