Got a direct mail piece several years back. Was with AAA at the time. It was also getting close to renewal time for auto and home owners, so I gave Kyle’s agency a call. Always like people who ask for my business. Gave them my situation and necessary info. They got back right away with the proverbial ‘deal I could not refuse’. lol. Not only saved money but ended up with better coverage! Have been very pleased that I made the change. Updates from Farmers HQ are helpful and the service from the Hulsey team remains great. Father in law was a life long insurance representative. Always sold service and response when claims were needed. Was involved in serious accident last year. Not my fault. Could not have asked for any better service. It was a huge help the aided immensely in my recovery. Everyone I spoke with along the way was helpful.

Great staff and claims service. I hit a raccoon that did major damage to my work car and everything was handled quickly. They may not always be the cheapest but if you have a problem, they're going to take care of you.

I, as I'm sure many of us are, am generally ignorant of how insurance works until something bad happens. Kyle and his employees are very knowledgeable as well as helpful. They will take the time to educate you on the ins and outs, and tailor policies to your needs instead of just throwing a blanket at you.
