I was shopping for a policy when I first met Patti. I simply responded to a competitive price quote. Before her, I never had an agent that I considered to be "my agent". Patti changed all that and I will never look for another!!! Beyond the fact that she is simply pleasant to deal with, Patti is so well prepared, she makes handling anything relating to our insurance policies effortless. I have never felt sold to by Patti but simply feel she has gotten to know us, understands our situation and our goals, and advises us like a trusted family member.

Patti Rusho is the best insurance agent I have ever had. From the first day I spoke with her she has been honest, kind and professional. She has an amazing support staff who are always helpful. Patti and her staff have always been great with customer service, extremely friendly and helpful. Since we moved to Colorado she has helped us through renter’s insurance, home owner’s insurance, as well as several changes to our car insurance over the last couple years. I have known Patti for many years and when we were looking into homeowners insurance, she helped me get exactly what we needed.
