Paul and the staff are responsive, caring, and thoughtful. They have been quickly available and responsive whenever we have needed their help; as helpful and timely with simple things like replacement insurance cards to helping us deal with a car break in and a car accident. Paul himself answers the phone and with calm, caring attention has talked us through what needs to happen in the moment and what to do later. Much more reassuring and attentive than my experiences with big insurance companies.

I have always thought that Farmers were a highly reputable insurance company. They sold me liability insurance for my commercial property, so when I leased the property to a small group of business folks for use as a restaurant, I referred them to my Farmers agent so that they could purchase their liability insurance and include me as an "additional insured". After that, one of their patrons fell on a speed bump outside the property and sued my renters and the owner of the property (it was registered in my LLC name), Farmers declined to cover it because my LLC was not named in the policy. I now find myself suing Farmers to get the coverage that was sold to my renters and previously me. Choose someone else, these guys will find every possible excuse to not actually pay out when it comes to a claim. In my opinion, they sell and write up fraudulent policies, they are crooked. By the way, the only way to post this response is to select at least 1 star, otherwise there would be no stars.
