Richard is the best insurance agent I have ever had. I have multiple personal and commercial policies. I requested that Richard review all my transferred policies and make recommendations. He immediately caught an error in my vehicle policy that would result in me not having proper coverage if I was injured in an accident. 3 days after our call I was in a head on collision and was injured - thanks to Richard and his agency I was properly taken care of in every respect. Had he not audited my policy I would have accumulated massive medical expenses. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, professional and responsive. The best customer service I have ever dealt with. Richard puts his , personal cell number on his cards. When you call him, he will get back with you in a reasonable amount of time not days. I have called him on Saturday when I have purchased a car or motorcycle to add to my policy. I have also called him late in the evening because I was in accident and always his first question is, "Is everyone OK!" He truly cares about his clients. And is truly outstanding in his field.
