Geisie, Dulce, everyone at the agency is an insurance expert - we have multiple company policies with them, and they are fantastic to work with - they truly understand customer service in a time that that is very rare!!! Horrible. Horrible. Horrible service.They wrote a policy for 2 percent of our home's value instead of a flat rate deductible. They would never change it.We had to change insurance companies to get it changed. There was a language barrier with our agent. I would never recommend this agency.
