Steven did an amazing job in getting us a new homeowner's insurance set up on time after our old one was suddenly set to expire. He was very informative and responded very quickly whenever we had any questions or concerns. Couldn't ask for a better agent!

Only thing I've done with Steve so far is drop insurance on one vehicle and start a policy on another.
Which kind of opened a small can of worms.Steve was a real trooper and we got it squared away.
I'd call it working with/for a customer.
Second (New 05/08/2020) contact with Steve to make sure some paper work was done correctly by me. One phone call and one email took care of everything, very efficient and professional. I really like working with Steve.
update 09/06/2020: My wife isn't driving much these days. Worked with Steve to revise her estimated mileage, I'm starting to think Steve is the best insurance agent I've ever had.

Farmers Insurance and their agents have been available whenever I
needed.
Having only 1 claim in quite a number of years, all had been very
satisfactory. No complaints at this time!!!
Although, due to ever increasing coverage costs it is normal to search for
other choices!
Note: It is a bit of annoyance to have to "continue" a survey when a reply was "the survey was cut short"
Where was is cut short.
I had nothing else to add at that time.
