This is a great Insurance office. Everyone has always been so helpful here. Amy was the best with communicating with me when I had a problem and saw it through until it was resolved. Long story short, I had AAA for 5 years and it turned out being a nightmare of an experience. I could never get ahold of my agent, only a 1-800 number. I was referred to Tom’s office through a mutual friend who has been with him for a long time. I called in and spoke with Conner, and he made the entire process incredibly smooth. He took
his time with my wife and I to get to know us and tailor the policy to fit our needs. I don’t usually write reviews but Conner and Tom really went out of their way to take care of my wife and I and they deserve the praise. Highly recommend. 5 stars!!!

My insurance was dropped and Tom really helped me get a new policy. Tom always was looking for ways to save me money on my policy. Being in a fire zone, it was amazing I got insurance at all. Had to install a water auto shut-off valve to get new insurance.

Worst experience. I had these guys for a few years since my agent sold my accounts. They took money from me and never put a policy in place on my cabin. The worst part is the terrible communication and chaos in the office. I had 5 cars and four properties with them at one point but you’d never know I might be an important customer. Tom himself never reached out to us when things were chaotic. Delegated to very poor office help. I’m a long time Farmers customer. Transferred my business to a different agent.
