This guy is my hero. Due to some processing errors on Farmers insurance corporate my term life insurance was cancelled, 21 years into a 30 year 2 million policy, started 21 years ago w a different broker and different company. Victor, with no gain for himself, fought 7 months for me and got it reinstated against all odds. So grateful to Victor and his team. A truly good man.

It’s so sad that this is a real business. I expected it to be a scam based on the phone call I had with them. I received a call today that they have a special discounted quote for their homeowner insurance and would like send it to my email if I consent. The lady then immediately tries to transfer me so I can obtain the quote. I had to interrupt the lady to not be transfer to say I don’t want it and she immediately hung up.

After 13 yrs of being a customer. They changed my policy without my consent. When I asked for an explanation. They never returned my calls. Every time I called Victor Figueroa. (The owner) He was always busy. It’s been over a month and he never return my calls. Over all it’s bad customer service even from the employees who answered the phone.
I change my policy to a more responsible agent. If you like Farmers just don’t go with this agent.
I HAD TO CALL FARMERS INS. HEADQUARTERS TO GET AN ANSWER.
