Vicky has been my agent since high school and I won't go anywhere else! I have not had the best luck with vehicles, two wrecks, a fire, hail storm, and theft and Vicky has always been so amazing to make sure I am taken care of from insurance claim to insurance claim. I've called for 3 days now trying to get a quote. Sponge with Wendy Schmidt. She kept saying tomorrow, tomorrow. Today I got hung up on by Vikki herself, without ever even getting a quote. Never even said anything out of line. It's got time be something personal except I haven't lived in that town in 15 years. 0 professionalism.
