I can not say enough good things about Fat Ox and, in particular, Carry, Mizani, and Tracy. We had a catastrophic water event on Christmas Eve 2022. Insurance Company barely gave us enough to cover water and mold remediation. I fought with them for months, absolutely devastated that my home would be in ruins until we could pay for it. I found Fat Ox, and they were amazing. They took care of everything, and although it was a lengthy process just because of the nature of the issues, they moved as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our home is beautiful again, and I KNOW it would have never happened if Fat Ox hadn’t gotten involved. Highly recommend.

Working with Fat Ox really helped get our roof fixed. The insurance company Auto Owners did not want to replace our roof even though we paid for replacement cost in our policy.
