As a dissatisfied customer of fci, I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. From start to finish, my interaction with this company was a nightmare.

Firstly, their communication was abysmal. They were consistently late in responding to calls and emails, if they bothered to respond at all. This lack of communication led to misunderstandings and delays in the project timeline.Moreover, the quality of their work was shockingly poor. The construction crew seemed inexperienced and unprofessional, resulting in shoddy craftsmanship and constant mistakes. It felt like corners were cut at every opportunity, leading to subpar results and even safety concerns.To add insult to injury, fci consistently went over budget, despite their initial promises of affordability. Hidden fees and unexpected expenses seemed to pop up at every turn, leaving me feeling deceived and financially drained. In conclusion, I strongly advise against hiring fci for any project. Their incompetence, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customer satisfaction make them a liability rather than an asset. Save yourself the stress and headache by taking your business elsewhere.
