My mom went in yesterday 3/3/21 to get clarification on her insurance bill and was treated as if she was begging for money. As she sat there speaking to the girl at the front desk in Spanish, the owner started yelling and literally threw an $11 check at her so she would stop "complaining" about the policy increase. Little did he know that she also spoke English. He humiliated her in front of all the other customers that were in the office waiting. After she spoke up for herself in ENGLISH, his demeanor changed. Like if that should matter right? She has been going to this place for years and now he has lost a loyal customer.

Por la secretaria muy buen servicio pero por uno de los dueños pésimo yo como cliente fui a prejuzgar por mi póliza de carro tengo 3 póliza de mi carros y mis 2 casas pues alerta 3/3/2021 hablando yo con la secretaria después de qué ella me explicó la razón por que mi aseguranza había subido y yo quedé satisfecha uno de los dueños vino muy bruscamente y aventó un cheque de $11 diciéndole en inglés que para que no estuviera quejándome que porque ya ven estado con la compañía dos horas un día antes que me daba un reembolso de $11 y aventó el cheque hacía la mesa poco él sabía que yo entiendo inglés y me sentí humillada y decepcionada por verle dado mi servicio por años de mis casas de mis carros y de mis taxes soy una señora de 55 años y no tengo La necesidad de discutir con un muchacho de 30 años que no sabe tratar a la gente mayor si así me trató a mí como creen que trata su madre Espero y la señora no mire este reporte porque le daría vergüenza tener una clase de hijo Atentamente Irma Barraza
