Just a fantastic value of professionalism, especially great communication that was clear and very timely. They researched thoroughly all the details and followed up on every loose thread that needed to be tied!
We would’ve been lost without Fidelity’s assured handling of our house purchase. This was the first time I truly understood how critical and beneficial the Title agency is, in a house sale. I will happily use Fidelity again if I have the need!

I have been selling real estate for over 25 years and went into contract on a Foreclosure Home that had probable 20 pages of liens, judgements and taxes that had not been paid. It was so encouragement watching Fidelity title Chief Officer Cindy and Reinel assistant to Anne P worked so closely and were able to get clean title with 2 months. Words are not enough for how grateful me and my purchaser were. Thank you Job well done

Fidelity is hands-down one of the most professional title agencies in Alaska. We absolutely love working with them and their team is always responsive, quick and kind. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

We had a terrible and stressful process with fidelity title. Absolutely horrible! At first they were really great and helpful. But they ended up losing payments, asked us to come in several times for resigning the same paper work. The worst was they lost some of our original certified paperwork. They did end up finding it and sent it to us 5-6 months later after we gave up all hope with them. We even talked with management who didn't follow up with her promises. I would never ever ever ever recommend anyone use them.

Fidelity Title Company is a Dishonest Company!!!!
We usually only write positive reviews, but, unfortunately, with the number of problems this company has caused us, we feel it is our duty to inform others of this problematic company.
Fidelity Title Company of Anchorage, Alaska treated us unfairly and unprofessionally. At closing, they did not give us the agreed on and signed amount that we and they signed. They also made several errors that were never corrected. Their errors made us lose thousands of dollars.
In short, they charged us for the wrong items at closing (which cost us a couple hundred dollars); did not inform our realtor about the final closing papers (we did not know this detail until a couple of days after closing, and our realtor pointed out several errors when she finally found out); they gave us a signed and official document to send to our relocation company, and then a couple of days later said they had made several mathematical errors and they wanted us to send an unofficial and unsigned document to our relocation company (side note: a few days before we closed, we even sent them a picture of the exact relocation instructions that stated that the closing papers had to be signed by both parties); and they did not send us our closing money in the promised time-frame (we had to call them three or four times for them to do something about this, and they hesitantly blamed it on our bank).
Furthermore, when we received the closing amount, it did not match the amount they signed and said we would receive. It was a few thousand dollars less than on the signed amount. It wasn’t until after we pointed out that amount in the bank did not match the promised amount, that they made the new unofficial document.
It has been two months and they still have not made any other contact with us, and we are still getting bills that should have been paid through closing. This is only a summary of some of the things that happened. There are a few more dishonest and frustrating things that happened behind our backs that made selling a home a nightmare.
Lying, blaming, breaking promises, withholding money….That’s Dishonest!!!!
