You should definitely hire this great team! We have worked with many contractors in the past and have never had an experience this good.

We had a fire with smoke damage that destroyed the entire inside of our house, requiring a complete gut and remodel. We also had some complex insurance issues to deal with. The team (Greg, Scott, Troy, and Theresa) took care of everything. Their subcontractors did an amazing job of restoring craftsman arches, built ins and custom cabinets to bring the house back better than before. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the demo and remodel, but they stayed within coverage limits and handled the details with our mortgage and insurance companies every step of the way.

You will really be happy you picked the Fire team.

This past year I had 2 water pipes break, 5 weeks apart, causing extensive damage to my downstairs.
The first incident was relatively minor. I called my insurance company and asked about water damage clean up companies. They gave me the names of 3 companies, 2 were huge, national companies that everyone has heard of, the third was FIRE Restoration. The 2 large companies were too busy to help me, saying it would be weeks. I then called FIRE Restoration, a local company, and talked to Clark. He had a crew out at my house that afternoon and they started the water and damage mitigation. They pulled up the carpet and got everything dried up nicely.
5 weeks later another pipe burst causing extensive damage. I called Clark directly and once again he had a crew at my house the same day. The FIRE crew had to cut into the walls and ceiling and pull up all the flooring. They got all damaged areas cleaned up and dried out.
Clark also dealt directly with my insurance company and supervised the rebuild of all the damages areas. I can't say enough good things about this company, they were a God send. They have top notch employees and top notch equipment. Although I hope to not need them again, if disaster calls I'll be calling FIRE Restoration again.

Industries to do any remodel/repair work to your home, they are VERY PROFESSIONAL and Matt Hayes who we worked with is a stand up guy and always stayed in touch with us every step of the way and there were never any surprises. Can't say enough about FIRE Restoration. We had a toilet flooding in our building and they were on site so quickly. Clark and Joel were really nice, professional and fun guys to work with. I will be calling them without hesitation the next time I need something like this.
