Stacy is a great person and the reason we had all of our insurance with them for years. We moved and changed some of our insurance with another company, I called last month, January to return all of our insurance needs back to them. Talked to Kellie, never heard back from her. After four weeks I called another company and got covered in a day. Called to get a declaration page for our auto and got Kellie, told her I no longer need her help with insurance and why, four weeks with no calls is uncalled for. Kellie acted like it's no big deal and never apologized. Kellie is the reason I will no longer be doing business with your company. I'm not paying for bad service.

Richard Tabor, I am sorry that you were not pleased with my service. In the future I will make every effort to improve! I am in the process of training 2 new hires and doing the job of 3 people. Covid has affected our agency with losing staff. This is no excuse for not getting back with you. I should have set up a follow up date.

I certainly did not think it was "no big deal". I said I am sorry I have not heard back from my underwriter, but I would find out something yesterday. At this time you told me you had found coverage. I expressed that I was glad you were able to find coverage and I meant that.
