Background: we had a fire that destroyed our garage in mid-May. Four weeks later Mr Damico turned up unannounced at our development telling the guard gate that he was an insurance adjuster. Right now the house is uninhabitable. I don’t know why he the has the right to turn up without notice? We were in the area and he was still at the house. So basically he somehow found out about the fire and had the gall to assume that we must need his assistance! Suggest that anyone interested in this type of ‘service’ think again and also see how these new type of ambulance chasers make their money.

I lost my home to a fire and a friend who'd experienced the same advised me to get an adjuster. Mark with First Coast Claims Consultants just happened to be at my property when my realtor was checking out the damage, and he handed him his card. My realtor gave me a call to give me Mark's info, and I'm so glad I decided to give Mark a call and put my trust in him. The amount of time and struggle he saved me in fighting for our case was so very worth it. Hiring First Coast Claims Consultants allowed me to focus on our basic needs and survival while my family was living out of a hotel. The settlement we got I'm extremely convinced would have been a lot less if not for Mark. He made it possible for my family to have the best recovery we could from this disaster. I don't easily trust pros in any industry very well to be honest, but Mark was friendly, caring, trustworthy, scrupulous, and easy to work with-- a rare time in my life I have no regrets about putting my faith in a professional. Mark and David are beyond words. After a house fire and no idea what we were in for, they truly came to our rescue. I am so thankful to have had this team on our side being our advocates and explaining every step of the way. They returned every phone call, checked in with updates as soon as they had the info. Our roof was damaged from high winds. We had 2 roofing companies come out and look at it. They both agreed that it should be replaced and they gave me the reasons why compared to just repairing it. I contacted my insurance company and they sent someone out that didn't even go on the roof. The insurance company told me they would just repair it. I tried talking to them explaining the reasons why it should be replaced and they refused to listen. Someone then told me about First Coast Claim Consultants. I contacted Mark and he went into action. From that day on Mark handled everything with our insurance company and they replaced the roof. The insurance company then told me I must use a roofer from them that was 4 hours away. I wanted to use a local company and Mark handled that for me. If We had questions William was always just a phone call away to assist. He has a great demeanor and was always able to calm me down and handle the situation. You can tell they are very experienced in the whole process. We are so grateful to have had them help us.

I did not have a straight forward roofing claim. I had some contractors telling me I needed a full roof replacement and others saying my roof just needed a patch. Mark evaluated my roof himself and offered his honest and experienced perspective. He and William took the work off my hands in dealing with my insurance company, and helped me get the amount I actually needed to repair the damage--$6K more than I was originally offered from insurance. When the first adjuster we were hiring to look at our home's damage told us he couldn't help us, we Called Dave with First Coast Claims. Dave and his team were able to get us the money we needed to fix our roof and other damages to our home which also required us to repaint our home. Dave and his staff are prompt, and respond in the most timely way. I never had to worry about a single thing with Dave handling my case. He and his staff are the nicest and easiest people to work with. Best decision I have made was to hire Dave to help with our insurance claim!
