Jeff Post, who owns this Salida office, is at the top this industry and as genuine as they come. After we listed our home with First Colorado Land, these brokers gave our keys to strange people who were far from qualified and, in truth, had no interest in buying our home. These strange people were, in fact, thieves, and given the keys to our home without any supervision at all, as First Colorado Land brokers are callously indifferent to any legal duties they owe to their customers. As a result, we lost thousands and thousands of dollars of precious gems and other valuables. Another time, the keys were given to an unusually large group of totally unsupervised people who totally trashed our home. Beware: This is a group of realtors who don't care and don't look out for homeowners. Very lazy and very dishonest. We could not trust the broker or the three associates we worked with. Horrible and mean-spirited. Went out of their way to harm us.
