I have been a First Command Command client since 2020 while I was stationed in the United Kingdom and was blessed to meet Jim upon my assignment to Cheyenne, WY. Mr. Hoefs was incredibly helpful in assisting me with all my financial questions and concerns, while establishing short and long term goals to being financially stable after retirement from the military. His dedication to preparing me for all things financially resulted in me being ready when multiple short notice crises had arisen that would've been detrimental if not for Jim's attention to detail, flexibility for my current needs, and endless support.
