We had water damage from a frozen pipe that required moisture mitigation and dwelling restoration. Eric our project manager handled it all well. We had a parade of specialists who did drywall, carpentry, carpeting, painting, and relocating furniture for us in the end. There were many names to recall, but everyone was personable, explained what they were doing for us, and all work was very satisfying when done. They are a great one stop shop for getting things back to normal after a troubling incident in one’s home.

We had a water damage claim and this was the company assigned to our claim, but we would have chosen them ourselves. They replaced the carpet throughout our entire basement and worked with us to achieve the look we wanted. We also asked for additional work to be done in our basement outside of the claim and they were really easy to work with on it. The process was easy and all the work was accomplished in as timely a manner as possible. We highly recommend them! Eric was our project manager and he was available for questions/clarifications as needed!

Had a large project with first general services in fall 2020. It was an insurance claim. They did great! Even with the weather constantly competing with our outside project, they still completed their project in a good amount of time. Communication was great, we had an excellent project manager John who worked well with us and made sure everything was completed with quality work. I would recommend them again and again.

Garrett and Desmond did an amazing job. We had a utility room flood that traveled out into the finished basement and they came out within 2 hours of being notified and started estimating damages and getting ruined carpet padding and baseboards removed and disposed of. They moved all person belongings that were in the way into a dry area to keep them safe. They had fans set within hours to dry everything out and were back multiple times to check up on the drying process. Honestly they gave me the biggest peace of mind with this whole issue and were very thorough in explaining everything before they went forward. 100% recommend them to anyone that needs water mitigation done.

First General did a great job of rebuilding my basement after a pipe burst and flooded it. They were so accommodating with my crazy work schedule, and crazy dog. All of their work was great and Colton was very thorough during his daily inspections of the work done. Would definitely recommend.
