I was with this company for auto and renters insurance through Bellco Credit Union for a number of years. Every time i attempted to reach them by phone which was many times, there was never anyone there to answer. The greeting on their voicemail states "first in customer service." This couldnt be further from the truth. I would have to say that "Worstline Insurance, worst in customer service" fits much better. I needed a quote to get my motorcycle on the road and was told it would be addressed hopefully late that afternoon. I then called Geico and had a new policy for the bike and rolled my auto and renters to them too. Geico was $10 more for the year. Absolutely worth it considering they answer the phone every time.

Been with this agency through Safeco for auto insurance for about 5 years. Horrible, horrible customer service. Every time we have contacted them to change something on our policy, whether it is on the phone or through email, they can never get things right the first time. We have to contact them numerous times and finally they get it right. Most of the time they don't respond to emails but, on rare occasions they have. This agency is full of morons! We are going to be changing insurance companies soon! I would not recommend this insurance agency to anyone and the one star review I am giving is too high for this agency. Horrible!!!

Worst of the worst customer service. No help in resolving claims. They are available to assist at their convenience. You will only get voicemail. Bellco customers you will not be served here. Stay away!!
