Great customer service from Sara. I came in the bank for my app not working (DCB) and Sara was so genuine in staying close by to assist me. She was multi-tasking and I just want to thank her so much. Customer service rep Sha'Quana was a big help in the process because I had no clue. What a great team!

Thank you for taking Great care of my grandparents for 40 years! I never worried about their banking as they got older... They both passed this year but you guys took great care of them and helped protect them from scammers who would call my grandma often! We appreciate your looking out for them! Always being so helpful and kind! It's hard will the elderly.. they get forgetful and upset easily.. you all did an amazing job with them! Thank you

The staff is super friendly I always love coming here. The only reason I don't bank here myself is that I don't want to open another bank account. Also the security guard is pretty intimidating, but that's good right? ?
