I can’t believe they sent me some fake shoes. I ordered the blueberry 12s for my son, not only are they fake they look as if they were previously worn, I noticed creases in them straight out of the box. I thought this was a legit site.

The atmosphere is clean and amazing. It’s a great vibe with dozens of awesome sneakers, to shop from, the customer service ranges between bad and good. I’ve had times where someone goes above and beyond to help me and others where employees seemed to not really care about helping me find a sneaker I wanted to purchase. Over all though it’s usually a good experience but they definitely have their off days

Prices don’t match the service! If you’re going to charge more, fine, but put some of that money into quality control. You guys are buying up shoes to upsell, but only to give your customers mediocre goods, and service. As a collector, let me just say y’all dropped the ball.

Been shopping with flight club since they started in the mid 2000s. Good store, amazing selection, questionable service, high prices. Definitely a legit company. But sneakers have changed a lot. Used to be that all of FCs sneakers were either in house or nearby storage, but now with their connections to other online marketplaces a lot of their products are located overseas. Old flight club used to be true consignment and smaller operations.

I don't know about another people experience but my cousins received good service and they were happy so that was the most important thing. They spend more than half hour searching for the right sneaker they want. One of them got a pair of sneakers but another one wants to same design but different size, but the price is too much different and too expensive so one of them doesn't get anything from the store.

Service is good and the store has many collections so the shoes collector will like this place.

Ignore all lower rated reviews, they’re all complainers. Flight club is amazing with great customer service. You won’t find better prices than Flight Club. It’s an amazing stores with many grails and I’ve ordered a ton of shoes from them and they don’t disappoint. Recently ordered a pair of Yeezy 350s and can’t wait for them.

Dear Fight Club,

I recently purchased the Zoom Air Rookies PRM from your online website for $357.52. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed when the shoes arrived in such poor condition. Upon closer inspection, I noticed several scratches and wrinkles on the shoes. For a product at this price point, this is completely unacceptable.

It’s clear that thorough quality checks are not being conducted before items are sent to customers. This reflects poorly on the company, and I urge the CEO to take stronger measures to ensure that employees properly inspect products before shipping.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I can no longer support or shop with your company moving forward. Attached are pictures showing the condition of the shoes and the box as they arrived.

I look forward to hearing how you plan to address this issue.

Buyers be aware I ordered shoes last year no problem with my first order, so I re-ordered this year the same shoes and didn’t realize until I wore them for the first time that they were bootleg or defective, because the souls on one of the shoes were different from the other shoe it was cheap hard plastic, which made it dangerously slippery unwearable so I contacted customer service no resolve they told me to resell the shoe i’m not gonna do that to someone else, so I lost my money assuming that my shoes Were not defective or bootleg if you do order from them, make sure to be very thorough Going over the shoe to make sure it’s good if not send it back immediately. Don’t make the mistake I did assuming that The shoes were fine because I had no problems with my first order be aware I lost my money on this one.
