A wonderful group! Ryan and Armondo worked with me the most but their office staff is also terrific. They don't give up and just settle; they hammer the insurance company and get you the proper amount of money. I could have never done it myself. they fought for me for 16 months! I have called them, twice within last two years. Since my house was damaged from pipes leak. They immediately got involved & filed with insurance company. The process was lengthy but the management of Florida Loss didn’t give up. They were able to settle my cases with my insurance company.
Because of that I appreciate their management for all they did for me.

We received a considerable amount of damage from hurricane Ian. Our insurance company was not willing to give us the amount of money we needed to fix our home. Both times were for different flood issues with water damage.Each time as soon as we contacted them immediately they sent out people to start with the cleanup process and to prevent further damage. Mike, Christy, and the entire Florida Loss team were excellent! They worked with us and made our interests as homeowners their priority from the very beginning of our claim. Dealing with an insurance company after a water claim can be a nightmare, but they walked us through every step of the process, keeping us informed of every development in our claim. It was also very helpful and convenient to be able to log in to their portal to check on our claim status.
