I cannot say enough good things about this company with the assistance from Stephen Lippy and Chris Gay. Our home flooded due to a leak caused by a recent bathroom remodel. The results were devastating. Our entire kitchen was ruined, flooring throughout the downstairs was ruined along with a significant amount of other damage. Our homeowners insurance indicated this type of damage, caused by contractors, is not covered and we would have to go after the plumbers insurance. This all happened in early July. We were advised by friends and family to find a public adjuster, so I went online and read review after review and settled on Florida's Best Public Adjusters. That was the best move I made, by far. They instantly began helping, made us feel like we would be taken care of and most importantly had a great deal of empathy for us. They were fast and aggressive to work with the insurance company only to receive a ridiculous first offer of less than 50K. I and Stephen and Chris put a game plan together to get quotes for all of the work to be done. Long story short, they were able to convince the plumbers insurance company to cover the realistic costs including living expenses, as we had to move out of the house for what will be one year, while the cabinets are ordered and installed. I rarely write reviews, as I feel my reputation goes along with a review and I am very protective of my reputation. That being said, I can firmly say this company saved our sanity, our home and worked tirelessly to do so. They are easy to contact and respond quickly to requests. I wholeheartedly recommend Florida's Best Public Adjusters. Don't try to do this on your own. Had I done so, I would have never received as much as we did.

The adjuster Richard Cress assigned to me was amazing. The outcome exceeded my expectations . Mr. Cress was punctual, diligent and extremely knowledgeable of the entire process of appraising my storm damaged roof.
Due to Florida's Best Public Adjuster ( Richard Cress ), I am able to now have my roof replaced after almost 1 yr of dispute with my insurance company.

The public adjuster assigned to me was very nice to work with and guided me through the claim experience from start to finish. He arranged the necessary inspections, and sent representatives to speak on my behalf to the insurance company's claim adjuster. When the claim dragged on, he got the insurance company to get things wrapped up and settled for me.

I am satisfied with the outcome and I was pleased to not have to deal with all the "red tape" of an insurance claim on my own. If faced with a large or complicated claim situation, I would recommend their services.

What isn’t there to say ! Stephen Lippy is truly knowledgeable I had the most complicated case. I had already fired a previous PA and when I spoke with him it was truly relieving to hear someone that could explain the process and really provide hope when I had none . I had 5-6 inspections 3 carriers he guided me thru the mediation and we came out on the top $$$. of our estimates ! amazing results pro all the way. So happy .. everything exceeded my expectations. $$. Awesome.

Florida’s Best Public Adjusters

Spoke with Stephen on a Saturday. He referred me to a local adjuster who also picked up on a Saturday morning and was willing to spend a good amount of time on the phone reviewing my concerns regarding a potential insurance claim on a flat-roofed home. He actually was so thorough that he talked himself out of a consultation and a fee. These are good people that are up front and honest . . . difficult to find these days. They have my whole-hearted recommendation.

When we had a roof leak after it was supposed to have been fixed after hurricane Irma, I reached out to Stephen Lippy for advice. After reviewing the case he told me not to hire a public adjuster or an attorney and his advice seems to have been fine as our insurance is covering a new roof.

Stephen Lippy is a senior public adjuster and is about helping people even if it leads him to not getting paid. Hopefully I never need to use his service, but if I ever have an issue again, he will be the first one I call.
