We have been working with Elizabeth Floyd, setting up our will, trust, etc., so our children will not have to face what I did when my parents passed. Liz has been professional, helpful, friendly and interested in knowing how we want things done so she can design a plan that works for us and our estate. We were so pleased we brought my 90 year old mother-in-law in to have her estate planning updated. She also was very happy with Liz as she got her affairs set up to her liking. When we've had questions or concerns Liz has been extremely helpful and encourages us to ask questions so that we understand both the process and how it will do what we want when we are gone. Highly recommend this company, and Liz in particular. From the front office staff, to anyone we have met who works there, they have been friendly and willing to do what they can to help us achieve our goals.

They talk a good talk but don't walk the walk. We met with them in April and they said they would get back to us with a plan. I emailed them in May and they said they were handling crisis cases and would get back to me soon. It is now July and we never heard back from them. I guess new clients aren't a priority.
