This is the worst company, they will lie and scheme to get out of paying you. They took over for another company and they have freaked everything up. They gave me the wrong tax records first. I paid $150.00 for to my tax agent. Then I hadto pay them again for my corrected taxrs.They were incorrect, they never offered to pay me back.
Then they send me fake copies of all my documents. My life insurance they claim they can't find. I have dealt with the lies for seven months. There is so much more. I hired a lawyer.

Almost ready to just give up on my mom's life insurance benefits due to the lack of response from this company. Customer service is nice, but they can't tell you anything. Their next level of customer service waits weeks to respond to you. Guess my next stop will be to file a complaint about the company with the state department of insurance.

This company is about worthless. Their website is about as useful as a rotary phone in 2023. Their customer service people are clueless. There is no follow through with call backs. Thanks Forrest T. Jones. I'm still waiting on that phone call from 10 days ago related to paying my premium because your staff has no idea how and your website is so out of date, it can't accept all forms of payment. Who the hell spells "check", "cheque"? Something is up with this company and it isn't their customer ratings!

I have been attempting to work with Forrest T. Jones to file a claim for life insurance. As if dealing with a family death has not been stressful enough, now I have to deal with this incompetent mess of a company. I have called 3 times so far, and each time I am promised that someone will call me back. No one has called me back. I have worked with other insurance companies, and I got an immediate response from the other companies. Forrest T. Jones could learn a lesson in customer service and basic human decency from the other companies who actually respond to and respect customers.

Fraudulent company that scam people and targets seniors! They took over $8,700 from my mother's bank account yet when I call they say they don't find my mother in their system. I have filed fraud reports and I recommend everyone reports them!

I understand that Forrest T. Jones & Company is now the administrator for Seniors United. I have called OVER 20 TIMES to make corrections to my father's life insurance plan. Every single time the call is disconnected! Do you realize how frustrating that is? How do you take over another company as administrator and DO NOT ADMINISTER ASSISTANCE?!?!?!?

My wife has been trying to get her retirement acct. Rolled over to another company and there has been one problem after another. They still have an agent listed as her Acct. Mgr. That hasn't worked for them for many years. I would use anyone but this company for your financial business. I'd give zero stars if possible.
