HORRIBLE experience with Fort Orange claim service! An adjuster named Kevin Head came to our Lake Pleasant, NY home and spent about 10 minutes looking around and said he would let us know more about the policy and if we were covered. Never heard back so I followed up - He said he still needed to upload our policy and would get back to us to explain if there was coverage for the thousands of dollars worth of water damage - we had over the Spring - it’s now July 25th and after multiple calls and messages and text messages he hasn’t returned our calls. He has been so unprofessional I don’t even know what more to say on that - How can a person not have the common courtesy to return a phone call? Also left a message with his boss and have not heard back either although I was promised a return call. Pathetic.

Horrible experience with an adjuster named mike brown. If he is you adjuster he will cut every single corner in favor of the insurance company to line his own pockets. He doesn’t care about the consumer. Do not use this company EVER. Find an honest and reputable place that will look out for the people. Do not recommend. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.
