Cathy Rottle at Fournier has been handling all of our business and personal insurance needs for close to a decade with great professionalism and expertise. In 2007 I had a house fire. People don't think about what happens if they REALLY have an emergency. Cathy Rottle guided me the whole way. She could of turned me over to a claims adjuster to handle all of it, but she was there for me every step. She also does a review of my coverage annually to ensure my coverage is adequate.

I am a top producing Realtor in Portland (since 1998). I never hesitate to refer Cathy Rottle to my clients.

This review is for services provided by Cathy Rottle representing Fournier Group. The review is way overdue and I should have posted it years ago. I totally disagree with the review posted by J Wu on this thread about Cathy. I have been with Fournier group since it’s inception. Actually, I was a client of the company that was acquired by Fournier group when my broker retired back in 1980. The single reason I have stayed with Fournier is Cathy Rottle! I moved from Portland to Las Vegas in 2012 and I have still continued to carry my entire insurance portfolio with her to-date. I have complex insurance needs due to owning multiple rentals across the USA and Cathy has ALWAYS found a way to solve and underwrite my portfolio. She takes the initiative to review my
Portfolio every year without fail and will reach out to me with her recommendations to change companies if we need to do so I can save money. Of course. We all want to get the best rates. That said, I have ‘shopped’ my Portfolio with other agents in Vegas when I got sticker shock of my annual premiums in Vegas as compared to when I lived in Portland, and no one could beat Cathy’s quotes. Besides the rates, Cathy is the ultimate ethical insurance professional that I have come across. She has won numerous awards in the insurance industry which is a highly regulated industry. She will speak the truth even if that is not what you might want to hear. That is what still keeps me doing business with Fournier until this day. I dread to face the day when Cathy retires and I have to shop for another agent! I request anyone checking reviews to DISREGARD any negative reviews for Cathy Rottle. Give her a try- you will not regret it,

Rob Hoover is who I work and have worked with over the last three years. I can tell you he has been a life saver during this pandemic. He helped me renegotiate my insurance when my business closed to cut my bill by 75%. I am not sure without people like Rob looking out for me saving the business would have been possible or would have made sense. Then when reopening he proactively made sure I had the right coverages in place so I was compliant.

I can tell you having someone lead with the giving hand is rare in my experience but is well appreciated. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation for someone as a business partner to me and my business.

Be wary of this company specifically Cathy Rottle. I had over the limit of policies Safeco allowed and I didn't know this but she looked the other way. When i moved my business to another agent because of bad service from Cathy she reported me to Safeco i was over the limit and subsequently Safeco dropped me. I had asked her to get me quotes twice and she didnt get them i realized i was not a valued customer. Very unethical business practices. I would not do business with this company.

Agents are non-responsive and do not return calls - I have had my policy lapse twice due to no communication from my agent - if you’re looking for an insurance company who values your business - look somewhere else.
