Do not use this agent, I have been trying to make an appointment for over a year, and all my messages were never returned. The 2 times I spoke with him, he said he would have someone call me back to make an appointment because I needed to bring paperwork in for a review. Guess what No call back both times.
I finally got someone from Allstate's 1-800 # to assist me, and most of what Francis said was false. I didn't even need to get all the paperwork in order. What's worse is Allstate won't help you get a new agent, once your with this guy, you're stuck until you find a new agent (on your own) who is willing to take you on. Avoid this office like the plague!

I have truly enjoyed my experience with Frank as my Allstate agent. When we were in a collision they were able to help us Through the process. We had a car rental for a full month. And the repairs to our vehicle were fixed. And being able to work with them in both English and in Spanish has helped out a lot.

I’ve been with Allstate for a few years now. I’ve never had an agent like Francis. He is kind, easy to talk to and genuinely cares about the people under his care. His staff are all friendly and helpful. They are always there for me when I need help with policy changes or just have general questions. Customer service was awful. My experience lee me to changing from Allstate. The absurd level of human interaction and customer service i got from my agent and his office was unacceptable. Find someone else by any mean necessary.

This is the worst allstate agent I have ever had to deal with. He took the privilege to go into my policy and make changes that did not need to be made. Prior to me being transfered to this agent I had been with allstate for nearly 10 years. Now I'll never go back to Allstate again. Drivers be aware!!
