Jorga Brown especially, has always been very helpful.
Gives me discounts when I'm eligable, without my having to ask for them.
Is very knowledgable. Helpful, personal and personable.
Gives me good advice.
I dont have to pay, "out of pocket" for road service. That is so helpful.

Never met frank. Also never received service when I need it. I have roadside assistance but I'm currently walking down Jamacha Road with a tank of gas in my hand because no one can verify if I have coverage so I'm all alone
