I've been with American Family for 20 years, but had to move offices to this one a couple years ago. Never had a complaint before, but these people are just thieves. Started at a decent rate, doubled the next year even though I had no claims, doubled the following year again. Called it quits and found a much better company. They then charged $400 for 15 days of homeowners insurance while I had it transferred. These people belong in jail.
