Would give 0 stars if I could. Carlos came out to my property took all the information and the claim number for my flood insurance. Then a few days later I receive a call from my homeowners insurance. They had placed the claim with my homeowners instead of my flood insurance. Even after letting them know to please correct this they made two more claims to my homeowners insurance instead of the flood insurance. I called multiple times to correct this with Carlos and Fraser properties. I went down and signed the paperwork only to receive yet another call stating they got the insurance claim number incorrect. They are incompetent and refuse to correct their mistake. Or even own up to their mistake. My homeowners insurance company called me on four different occasions telling me if Fraser continues to make claims on my homeowners insurance instead of the flood insurance my homeowners would be cancelled for faults claims. Yet Fraser continued to file the claim with the wrong insurance company after being told multiple times it was supposed to be filed under the flood not the homeowners. Floods are stressful enough without the public adjuster that you hire to help can not get their stuff together and do the job correctly. After requesting all photos they took of the my property and letting them know I will be finding a new public adjuster they would not return calls or answer voice mails. Very unprofessional and caused undue stress in an already stressful situation. All previous claims were given to Carlos and he took a photo with his phone of all previous claims. Carlos even took a photo of the flood insurance policy declarations page which had the policy number but the company still contacted the homeowners insurance and NOT the flood insurance and got the policy number for the Flood incorrect.

After hurricane Sally our insurance company didn't want to cover all of our damages. Fraser Property & Adjusting knocked on our door and said they could help us and they did just that. Jenna Rhyne and her team went about and beyond and I, would highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Fraser Property and Adjusting to make an insurance claim. We had a lot of damage after Sally last year and experienced dealing with an insurance claim. We called Fraser and received quick service and outstanding customer service. Jenna and David came out on time and were very professional and helpful ! Kudos !

When I filed my insurance claim for Hurricane Sally my insurance company didn’t give me enough to cover all the damages/repairs. I hired Fraser Property and Adjusting and they dealt with the insurance company for me and got a substantial amount of additional money on my claim. Very professional and very easy process. I would highly recommend.

We used Fraser after suffering roof damage that our insurance company (UPC) attempted to resolve with a less than professional settlement. David Messeri and the rest of the team @ Fraser were very thorough and professional in taking on our case.
Mr. Ari Fraser was superb in our arbitration review, working on our behalf to earn a more reasonable settlement with UPC.
Highly recommend Fraser if you have an issue with an insurance claim.
