Quintana provides excellent service! She is professional and knows her stuff. She is also friendly and easy to talk with. I appreciate her reaching out to me on my policies, as well as her follow through. I mentioned some repair issues I need to address and she was able to give me two referrals ... both of whom were actually responsive. She told me she is putting together a resource list to help her clients. Dealing with insurance is not at the top of anyone's list, especially in this challenging environment. But working with someone of Quintana's caliber makes it much easier.

I contacted The Frazier Insurance Team through their website because I received a non-renewal notice from my homeowner's insurance policy.

Jeremy contacted me right away to let me know that Anna from his team would be helping me and that she would be in touch soon.

Soon was an understatement. Every step of the way, Anna was on top of it! She quickly found several options for me and took the time to explain each of the different coverage categories. She gave me all of the information so that I could choose the best coverage for my family. I have never received such a fast turnaround with impeccable communication from any other office.I have never been so clear, on what it is that I am actually purchasing coverage for.

I want to say that Anna Brazelton went above and beyond to help us with our California Fair Plan with the Farmers wrap. She really knows her stuff! She's very diligent at making sure that we weren't under or over insured. I highly recommend her services! Thank you again, Anna for making sure that our house has the best plan.
