If I could put 0 stars I would . Terrible adjuster , saying they can’t do anything about my claim that I have to be calling and doing everything Myself . Why do we pay insurance if we have to be doing everything our own . I’m canceling my policy with them and going somewhere else where there’s better customer service . Only time they ever call is to take a payment or when a payment didn’t go through .

Service sucks and they've messed up on my account 3 times. Somehow my road side assistance was removed from my account without my authorization so when the time came that i needed it i had to use my co workers insurance since FL wanted to charge me up to 100$ for a dead battery jump! Even though it was there fault for illegally removing my autoclub without even telling me...i then had to go into the office to re-sign up for auto club road side!

Very dishonest and unethical business. Do not insured here, they will not help you. Do not get repairs based on their own partnered body shops, they will not repair or even check everything. They will only do the bare minimum. My bumper was hit and they only wanted to pay for the paint and there's a dent in there. No where on the quote did it ever say any labor fees so they will not pay for the body shop's labor and time, only for the bare minimum for the MATERIAL you need. So if there's a huge ass dent on your car, they will only paint over it and not fix it. They will also pretty much just send you a check and say "Hey! this is all you need, here's $300 to fix your dented bumper with the paint all scratched up. Oh shoot, no way $270 was for the paint and $160 in labor? Let me send an investigator and delay and have this checked in. In the meanwhile, please cover the cost because our own stupdi ass driver rear ended you in traffic because she was texting. Oh shoot, you needed more money for the repairs? Sorry our investigator said it wasn't needed! Oh well! Your lost"

1. NEVER GET A QUOTE OR GO TO ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATED BODY SHOPS
2. JUST DEAL WITH YOUR OWN INSURANCE AND GO TO YOUR OWN CERTIFIED BODY SHOP.
3. THE FAT GUY WHO TOOK PICTURES OF MY CAR WHO SAT IN THE OFFICE ALL DAY DEALING WITH PHONES WAS SUPPOSEDLY THEIR "INSPECTION" GUY. NOT CERTIFIED AT ALL TO DO ANY KINDS OF INSPECTIONS LET ALONE JUDGE THE DAMAGE ON MY CAR. ALL HE DID WAS TAKE PICTURES OF THE PAINT SCUFFS, IGNORED THE DENT WHEN I TOLD HIM, AND JUST TOOK LIKE 3 PICTURES.
