Tiffany Carlton is an awesome agent!! I came into the office with a problem. I was asked to wait 48 to 72 hours for a decision to be made. I came in the office three days in a row and Tiffany was right there helping me to resolve my issue. I had to go out of town. While I was out of town, Tiffany was still working to resolve the problem. She called me as promised with the issue resolved and everything that I needed was in my email. She handled it in a professional and timely manner. Thank you Tiffany!!

I just got off the longest call ever and didn't even get a quote. The first person I spoke with I couldn't even hear. I had to keep repeating myself and let the person know I could barely hear them. The person was clearly doing something else. I was transferred to a specialist who put me on hold twice then never came back to the phone. I finally Hung up. So unprofessional. I will stay with my company because with service like this, can't be a reputable company. Editted I called back spoke to the same representative, now I can hear him. He went over all my information and transferred me to a specialist lol. I waited because after first call I wanted to see if I would get a quote and what the quote would be. Absolutely ridiculous quote. I have no tickets perfect record and quoted 100 more than State Farm with a 300 down payment. Over 50 good record highest quote ever. Unprofessional and don't seem like an insurance company anyone should trust. I will definitely stick with a reputable company.
