Shauna was really helpful when I needed to file a claim and have damaged repaired after a hail storm. Nobody else ever suggested that I get insurance information for the roofer I selected or how valuable it could be to have the roofer be experienced in working with insurance claims. It turned out to be very helpful and I had a better experience than some of my neighbors because of it. Shauna has helped explain the Insurance that we needed as a family.
