The man who works here is very rude and unstable. I will be contacting the head of the administration to discuss his issues with working with the public. The first time I ever talked to this individual I was attacked and persecuted with arrogant judgmental assumptions when I had only called to inquire about the company (politely). He insinuated that I was committing a forgery because I had been in an accident before and this many knew nothing of my case, neither was he my case worker. I politely told him that he was completely out of hand, and he was extremely rude when I tried to express to him what I was calling about, as he said he didn't care and that he had other things to do. I have never felt so insulted by an person who works for the public. He insinuated several things such as what was stated above as well as expressing something about chewing other agents out which I have never done, this is just something he assumed probably because it has happened to him before. If it has then I understand why because he is extremely unprofessional and rude. I'm pretty sure I am not the only person this has happened to. This man has clearly had a problem with the public before and obviously does not like his job and what he is there to do. I only asked a few polite questions and he went off subject several times insinuating several negative ideas. I never once was rude to this man, I only asked a few questions and he tried to judge me and place me in his disparaging classification of assumptions to fit his pessimistic point of view. If you have a problem or have had issues with working with the public before, don't put or add your experiences to every human being who calls. This man should be terminated immediately for the lack of character, professionalism and morals he displayed. I hope this never happens to anyone else in the future but as long as this man is there I'm sure he will continue to harass other people who call to inquire about information.
